CHARGES & PAYMENTS (2010-2011)

BUSINESS SERVICES

For 2010/11 business customers will be invoiced monthly for their collections (current month invoicing).
All business service invoices are payable within 28 days.
Additional bags will be invoiced separately.

Late payment fees may be applied after 28 days.

As of 2011/12 - an annual invoice will be issued with the option to pay monthly.

HOUSEHOLD SERVICE

The household service is provided on an annual basis at a rate of £2.50 per week (£130 per annum.)
All customers not paying the annual fee in advance are required to set up a standing order for £11.20 per calendar month in favour of the account detailed below.
A one-off bag fee of £5.20 per annum will be charged for supplying and maintaining collection bags.

DUAL BAG SERVICE (This service will be phased out during 2010/11)

FAMILY SERVICE

2 Reclaimer Sacks + Glass Bag + Cardboard bundle
Weekly rate £3.40 (£176.80 p.a.)  Monthly fee £14.90 (x12).

FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Any number of Reclaimer sacks + Glass Bag + cardboard quota
£1.70 per bag (min 2 bags) = £88.40 per bag/annum
Monthly rate starts at £14.90 -add £7.45 per month for each extra sack

CONCESSIONS

We are happy to offer concessionary rates to help provide access to recycling for the elderly and disabled. Please do not hesitate to call the office for details on 0141 945 0700

BILLING (Household Customers)

A single invoice will be issued for the year and is payable immediately as detailed above. In the interest of the environment, we prefer to use electronic invoicing and payment systems so please provide e-mail details where possible. We prefer to receive payment directly to our bank account.

Please state your name and invoice number when transferring money.
